ICDL Ireland is part of a global family of ICDL national operators connected by ICDL Foundation, an international organisation dedicated to raising digital competence standards in the workforce, education and society.

Our certification programmes, delivered through an active network of Accredited Test Centres located in every county in Ireland, enable individuals and organisations to assess, build and certify their competence in the use of computers and digital tools to the globally-recognised ICDL standard.

Meet the team

Each of our team members have many years of experience in digital skills development.

Linda Keane, General Manager, has overall responsibility for ICDL Ireland and ensures your learners can assess build and certify their competence to the global ICDL standard.

Claudia Delaney, Market Development Manager, offers expert experience to assist you in joining the ICDL family, by tailoring certification solutions to best suit your learners’ needs. As an Accredited Test Centre, Claudia can help you get the most out of the extensive range of ICDL programmes.

Colm O’Hara, Partner Support Specialist, is your first port-of-call to help with any queries you may have as an Accredited Test Centre.

Amy Townsend, Marketing & Communications Executive, is here to help communicate the latest news from ICDL in Ireland and around the world. She can also help you promote ICDL programmes within your Accredited Test Centre. We can offer a range of factsheets, flyers and posters as well as the all-important ICDL logo.
